Riders
Ride
Join the Roblox group, then the Discord. You'll be placed on one of the four RRA teams before your first rodeo. Group membership must be 14+ days old to be eligible for prizes.

Team channels, the draw, /standings, /nextevent, and cases. The season is run from here.
Get Placed
Form a crew or come alone; you're recruited to one of four houses for competition. Your Manager signs you up for nights.
Groups
Partner
Ranch, western, roleplay, rodeo, riding and livestock communities are the obvious fit. If you run something else and think it lines up, ask.
What A Partner Gets
- Cross-promotion in both groups' social links and the group shout.
- A slot on the event calendar: your group hosts a rodeo night in Rodeo Simulator with an RRA Organizer running the chutes.
- Early access to Skill-mode bulls and new grounds before they go public.
- A named team in team roping, and vote-kick immunity for your hosts while they're hosting.
What We Ask
- An active group: at least 250 members and a game or server people actually play in.
- No exploiting, alt-farming, or harassment history in any RRA game. We check.
- One named contact who answers within a couple of days.
- Your side promotes our events the way we promote yours.
- No partner touches scores, rankings, or ride outcomes. Events run through the Organizer panel like everyone else's.

Staff
Work The Circuit
Event staff work in departments: bulls and team roping, barrels and poles. Both report to the Community Manager and Lead Eventer. Say which stops on the circuit you want to work.
Event Organizers
Run scheduled rodeos: set the riding mode, call riders, keep the chute moving. Online at set times each week.
Pen Technicians
Gates and chutes during events, stock where it should be, props reset. The entry role; Organizers come from here.
Moderators
Reports, exploiting, vote-kicks when they're needed. Calm under pressure, no history of drama. 16+.
Builders & Scripters
Arena and prop work; Luau with server-authoritative state and remote validation. Send a place file or a repo, not a promise.
UI Designers
HUDs, menus, mobile layouts. A portfolio of Roblox UI, ideally something we can open in Studio.
Mobile Testers
Play on a phone or tablet, break things, write it up clearly. No experience needed beyond playing a lot.
