Six Steps To Riding
Ten minutes if you're new to Roblox, two if you're not. Nothing costs anything.
Get Roblox
Free on phone, tablet, PC, Xbox and PlayStation. Make an account at roblox.com, pick a username you'll keep — it's the name on the roster.
Join The RRA Group
The Roblox group is the association. In-game perks at every stop, and you need 14+ days in it to win prizes, so join now.
Join The Discord
Draws, team channels, cases, the bot. Rodeo nights are called from here.
Get Your Rider Card
Sign in here with Discord, link your Roblox, and you can sign up for nights, see your team and rank, and get a reminder the evening before.
Pick A Stop
Rodeo Simulator to learn the bar with no pressure. Oakdale Arena when you want it to count. Bull Freeze Tag when you just want to run. Last Call Brawl when the doors open, 18 and over.
Ride A Night
Rodeos run four nights a fortnight. Pick one on the Season page, hit "I'm riding", and your Manager sees you on the roster.
Before The Gate Opens
Your First Rodeo
Everything a first-timer asks in the chute, answered.
What's a draw?
The bull you get. At Oakdale the difficulty system picks it; in Rodeo Simulator every bull shows a 1–5 star rating in the chute. More stars, meaner ride.
The balance bar
A green zone drifts side to side. Keep the marker inside it with Q / E (or A / D). Left and right click spur. Lose it and you're thrown; make eight seconds and you step off clean.
RP vs Skill
RP mode: get on, hang on, get off when you like — no bar. Skill mode: the bar, with real consequences. The Organizer picks which one the night runs in.
Team roping
R takes the rope out. Hold left click to build the throw, release to let it fly. Header and heeler, one steer, one clean catch.
On a phone?
Lean buttons on the left of the screen and a spur button. The mount prompt is a short hold. Sprint switches itself off when you're on an animal.
Where it counts
Only Oakdale Arena is scored, and it's judged on the server. Rodeo Simulator is for practice; nothing you do there touches your record. Practice there first.
Read The Rulebook
Sportsmanship rules apply at every stop. Three warnings in a season is a removal.
